AI detection problems

First let me say, wonderful mod/mission. I am new to Arma 3 and absolutely love your random missions they have a feel of being carefully crafted despite being randomly generated, excellent work and a great achievement.

I personally like to play as a sniper picking of my targets from afar where possible and I have had some great TRGM missions but unfortunately I can only play at night. During the day the AI is ridiculously responsive. I am playing on the Altis map but tested on Stratis with similar results. An example of the extremes I am talking about:

A 900m shot with a suppressed Mar 10 in a thunder storm with a heavy battle raging nearby, full ghille lying prone under a bush the target hidden by mist (so I assume I must be too) using thermal imaging on the Nighstalker. One shot, target dead. Within a minute or so I have two armored vehicles and a dozen men stomping my head into the ground.

I have tested several times teleporting in and taking only a single shot and without fail the AI is on me within a minute or so, I did speed up time but none the less. The enemy which hunts me down is not a nearby patrol but they originate from the area of the target. Oddly enough the guy standing next to the target often doesn't even notice the shot but the quick response squad come straight to me.

At night things are much more reasonable, I have emptied a magazine into the ground by the feet of a four man unit without being instantly detected and hunted down. I do have several other mods running but haven't experienced any problems in other missions such as DRO and DUWS. My game AI settings are rather low .35 skill and .35 precision and don't change between day/night play through's. None of the mods I have should effect the AI but here is a list just in case:

CBA, TAW, Compass bearing and Range, All-in-One single player project, Fox UVA, Fox UVA configuration, RHS Russian/GREF/US, Possession mod, Enhanced movement.

I hope there is a resolution to my issue since I do really enjoy playing your missions but am a little fed up of everything having to be green in order to do so.

Well since nobody has replied I don't know if this forum is read anymore but I shall update my findings just in case they help someone, somewhere.

I was incorrect to think it was day/night which effected the being stomped event, I must have been either very unlucky or lucky (depending on how you look at it) in my earlier tests. There does seem to be a randomness to the event occurring though the chance of it not doing so seems to be fairly low. I must also have been very fortunate in my earlier playthrough's since I never had it happen, but once it did it happened a lot thereafter.

Anyway. I tested some more. As I say I am new to Arma and exceptionally new to scripting/programming so I have no idea what I am doing really. I managed to isolate the event down to the script:

"RandFramework\RandScript\TREND_fnc_CallNearbyPatrol.sqf"

By commenting out the code which creates this event in the file \RandFramework\RandScript\trendFunctions.sqf

It prevents the quick response team from pinpoint locating and stomping me and allows me to play the missions as a sniper. I shall continue to read learn and study to see if I can discover why the event is SO sensitive since a rare occurrence of the stomp squad might be enjoyable but not at such great distance and when so well concealed.
